This Privacy Policy describes how Martinez Family Partners LLC, doing business as Kairos Real Estate Systems ("Kairos," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform at kairosrealestatesystems.netlify.app (the "Platform").
When you create an account, we collect your email address. Your password is cryptographically hashed by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never have access to your plaintext password.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment credentials on our servers. We receive from Stripe only your subscription tier and billing status to manage your account access.

The Platform queries nine official government data sources on your behalf, including the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser, FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer, Miami-Dade County GIS, Clerk of Courts, Florida SunBiz, Miami-Dade County Building Department (IBIS), Tax Collector, DERM, and Planning Department.
The data returned from these sources is public record information. We aggregate and present this data to you through the Platform — we do not sell or redistribute raw government data.
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

Your account data, including search history and watchlist selections, is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for thirty (30) days to allow you to request a data export or reactivate your account. After this 30-day period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We use a Supabase authentication session token stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in. This token is used solely for authentication and is not shared with any third party. We do not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking services.
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
